Ruth Tholakele Dladla was born , bred and buttered from Mandeni. North of Durban. She comes from humble begging. She was raised by her mother MaMhlongo and father Benjamin who are both late. Njoms was a street hawker an important influencer and mentor in Ruth’s business success later in life. That’s how her millionaire mind set was born specifically the beliefs and actions that ignite an ordinary person to become extraordinary. When it comes to her financial success she manages properties and other assets and remains debt-free because of her background. She was blessed with one child Aphiwe Dludla. She is a compassionate and humanitarian sister to her fellow brother, sisters, friends, and qualified as a teacher , She obtained a qualification in real estate and later became a financial advisor. She graduated from the University of Traskei in 1992 with a Diploma in Secondary Teaching. She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science University of Zululand in 1996.
She kicked off her teaching career at Entembeni High School, later moved to Saphinda Primary School. Her teaching career was driven by compassion, passion, teaching, learning, commitment and leadership skills. Yet the entrepreneurial spirit, sales and marketing vision remain embedded in her soul. She always knew she needed to fulfill that strong willpower. Motivation and drive to be financial healthy and wealthy. She understood her experience in teaching and learning industry did not gift her with the skills, competence and experience needs to break the glass ceiling.

Her entrepreneurial quest was fierce enough to begin to seek opportunities in insurance industries. She made and break and served in various capacities in different insurance industries. In 2002 she joined Metropolitan as a financial advisor where she received a series of accolades including winning a number of overseas trips based on her sales performance. In 2005 she was rewarded a trip to Alaska. In 2009 she traveled by the sea with Caribbean cruise ship to Spain and also had an opportunity to visit Vatican City to see the pope.
In 2010 she traveled to Turkey. Same year she won a Shield award for her outstanding performance in Sales at Metropolitan and won a trip to Sun City. During this period, she was engaged with IFA and amassed unparalleled success in sales and won trophies, certificates, trips and made a substantial amount of money. In 2011 she was in Oasis of the seas trip to America and saw Martin Luther King and Aretha Franklin’s houses.

She joined Malvern center in 2011 teaching adult students. She joined old mutual in 2014 at old mutual she was a member of 51 club and one of the top financial advisor.

She figured earlier that it is difficult to depend on one stream of income.

In 2020, I managed my first property in point waterfront and started a business of holiday letting. Later added 7 more properties to my portfolio.

I have a vision of imparting the same skills to our communities and society at large. I want to to harness the power of small business that in turn will boost economic growth and create jobs while we faced within employment. I seek to create a brand that will support and creates jobs for different communities. Business, and financial heath and people remains my passion. My wish is to fuel passion and love for financial freedom and for every household to live their dreams and earn a decent living.

Besides the business that I’m doing I’m busy writing a book Title It can only be God. My vision is to make that book a real show as well.
